BoxerBlaze - the ultimate Abs workout

BoxerBlaze is not a boxing class but takes very simple boxing techniques and incorporates them with a number of strength exercises and related cardio exercises making it extremely effective in high calorie burn.

What makes the BoxerBlaze even more fun is the way we re-create the atmosphere of great boxing films like Rocky, taking your imagination through the streets of Philadelphia, run up those iconic steps and celebrate like the winners we all are. We promise this will get even more out of you.

BoxerBlaze is for everyone: Whatever your size, shape or sex. Anyone and everyone can work their way up to a good level of fitness: the more times you attend the faster you will become fitter. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.

Release your aggression: The BoxerBlaze fitness workout is a great way to do that, making you feel calm because all the aggression is very channelled and controlled. Even though there is no physical contact, it enables you to feel in control of your body and more confident about yourself.

The session just flies by and although you will know that you have had a workout physically, it is so much fun that mentally, it doesn't even feel like a workout.

The routines are easy to follow and enjoyable. Something about putting on a pair of gloves that makes you feel powerful and this feeling is enhanced by the use of energetic and recognisable music.

An amazing workout which has a tremendous effect on the arms and in a short time tones them up nicely.
