The on-line workout programs have been put together by formally trained fitness instructors but all exercise related activity is done so at your own risk.
Although we are confident that you will find the programs to be beneficial, you assume all risk of injury, including death therefrom, in connection with your use of the information and programs.
Please be advised to keep areas that you will be exercising in free of all obstructions.
All class types and times are subject to change.
Although we will endeavour to keep everything running smoothly as we are also dependant on 3rd party technology there may be times when systems may not run to a level that will be normal. If this happens we will keep you advised.
The level of reception that you will receive will be dependent on your internet services.
Access to all our live and recorded classes are totally free. The only requirement in keeping the account active is to have joined at least 8 live classes a month.
Accounts can be cancelled at any time by contacting us.
We also have the right to deactivate the account at any time.
