Bolly dance is the dance-form used in the Bollywood Indian films. It is a mixture of numerous styles. These styles include belly-dancing, kathak, Indian folk (including Bhangra - Punjabi folk dance and Garba - Gujarati folk dance), Western popular, and "modern".

BollyBlaze is fun, it’s calorie burning and uses Bollywood dance moves to give you a heart pumping workout to some of the most famous Bolly tracks that you will be singing along to. The routines have been put together to make it simple enough for the total “two left footed” beginner but inspiring enough for most dancers.

Bolly dance is easy on the eye, with dramatic facial expressions and body movements emphasising cinematic parade. The dance is drawn from many different styles and influences, from classical and Indian folk styles to all kinds of modern and western dance.

By keeping the routines and moves simple they will be performed well by everyone and the fitness workout will be suitable from the total beginner to the hardened fitness member.

 

We have taken famous, upbeat and recognisable tracks such as the world famous Jai Ho, made popular by the remix from the Pussy Cat Dolls and created simple to follow routines. Rather than trying to use complicated moves, we keep them simple, powerful and doable. The routine then looks well performed.
