A class to boost the energy and tone the abs
The class consist of specific moves, sequences and routines put together to give you an enjoyable abdominal workout. Even if you have never been to a class before and simply want to tone up, this class is a fun alternative to the gym.
When you think of core strength, do you picture six-pack abs and endless amounts of sit-ups? Then it’s time we changed your perspective. Because a strong core goes way beyond that. Everything from daily tasks like tying your shoelaces and cleaning, to heavy weight lifting and athletic exercises all require your core muscles. The stronger they are, the better you’ll perform. So let’s go deeper into the subject and find out what’s really behind a good set of abs.
AbsBlaze will definitely build your core and strengthen it. By working through a whole range of abs exercises one after the other, the whole stomach, upper, lower, middle, sides will be developed. We will start with leg raising abs exercises first as these will take most of the effort and strength. These exercises will work on the lower stomach, which is the area the majority of people dislike the most. From here we will work on your middle section then upper. We will finish of on a series of abs exercises which will work the whole section through a series of plank positions.
Apart from looking nice, a stronger stomach means an overall stronger core which in itself has so many benefits. Benefits which include a stronger lower back, making it healthier and you less likely to suffer from back pain. As the back and abdominal areas getting stronger then your posture, balance and co ordination will also greatly improve.
AbsBlaze classes are a great way to tone up the troublesome abdominal region, and help you achieve a more defined waist line and a flatter stomach.
There are 3 sections to our workout.
1. Tabata Abs
Tabata is a high-intensity workout protocol that has fitness and weight-loss benefits. It only lasts 4 minutes. Tabata training is attractive because it saves a lot of time for people. It offers the maximum benefit with the least amount of time used to get those results. We have developed a sensational 4 minute Tabata abs warm up that will have your whole mid section hot for working on. The perfect way to fire up the abdominal area.
2. Cardio Abs
this section will replicate most of the floor exercises but standing up. Excellent for anyone with weaker backs and also excellent to get the whole stomach area really working by using big leg muscles.
3. Ultimate Abs
We then move to the floor and do 30+ floor exercises to work every stomach muscle. By only doing a few of each we do not strain the neck or any other part of the body but constantly.
