MAKE YOUR BODY REPEL AND FIGHT THE FAT

 

Wouldn’t it be amazing if your body didn’t want to store the extra calories that you eat or drink?

Just imagine, that your body just eliminated the extra calories from the extra food and drink you had on holiday.

Or all the excess you had during a wedding week.

Or the “naughty” foods you eat over the weekend.

 

For many people the extra calories get turned into fat.

 

For those in the know, the body eliminates the extra calories straight out of the body.

Although this was not planned, it is exactly what happened with the DETOX CELL REGENERATION plan.

 

Initially, we lost loads of weight (this was unintentional). Some people lost over 8kgs in 4 weeks. Our health improved, we looked younger (skin tightened up), we became fitter and we had lots more energy.

The weight loss was just a massive bonus.

 

But then, as the months went along (it was easy to keep it going and easily became a lifestyle), we all noticed something very nice.

 

This year, I made it my mission to travel almost every month. When I can, I like all inclusive food and drink, because I enjoy eating lots. I even did a cruise, and for those that have been on cruises, you will know that food is number one.

 

I knew I would put weight on, but I didn’t care, as holidays are meant to be for indulgence.

On my return the plan was to tighten up my calories and exercise a bit extra…

I needn’t have worried.

 

As per my expectations, I had put on a few kgs. I went to the loo more than I usually would, but within a few days I was back to my “normal genetic weight”. Genetic weight is what your body is programmed to be at (message me if you want to know more about this).

 

It was like my body was saying, “I don’t need these extra calories, I don’t need to store them, so out they go”.

 

After my 1st holiday which was in Paris because I love pastries and apparently Paris has some of the best patisseries in the world. It certainly did and I ate way more than my fair share.

I weighed myself on the Monday I returned (my natural genetic body weight is around 72kgs). I was 73.8. By Friday, with no change in exercise or diet, I had returned to 72.1.

In February, I went to Poland and stayed at a friends house whose parents were incredibly hospitable and were big feeders. I’d wake up to a massive breakfast with the biggest sausages I had ever seen. No sooner had I finished this then lunch would be prepared and so it would go on. On top of this, the family liked to drink. It was like this and for the first time in many years, I got to the stage where I actually could not eat or drink.

When I waddled home, the scales jumped to almost 75kgs. Again after a few days it bounced back to about 72kgs.

 

And so it carried on, Morocco, Spain, Norwegian Cruise etc.

My weight chart showed the increases and decreases.

This is with no change to exercise and eating habits. I normally exercise for 2 half hour sessions a day and watch my eating Monday to Friday. The weekends belong to me.

 

I have just come off the back of a big wedding. Those of you that understand Indian weddings will know that they are a whole week affair, with food and drink being the priority. Often lasting till the early hours, day after day.

 

This has seen the biggest increase, with nearly 4kgs added. My body feels great, and I know that this will also be gone again in a few days.

 

If you exercise correctly (which does not means exercising lots) and you know what and when to eat (which does not mean starving yourself or cutting out your favourite foods) then you will soon reach your natural genetic body weight. This has to be done by removing the toxins and not "normal weight loss" practices.

 

Once you have reached that weight, and your body has little toxicity, then it will not want to hold onto the weight.

IF YOU DON’T KEEP TO WHAT AND WHEN YOU EAT - YOU WILL PUT WEIGHT BACK ON
