You have a natural genetic weight, which is set by your body, depending on what it needs.

Your natural genetic weight depends on the amount of toxins you have inside you.

Your genetic weight determines how many calories a day your body needs.

Your genetic weight determines how many calories will stick on your body and how many are passed through.

This is why you struggle so much. You CANNOT change what your genetics are. Even if you have plastic surgery and have a tummy tuck, you body will find a way for the weight to come back on.

Why do you think that you still put on weight, even when you are on a calorie deficit?

Your body is part of nature and nature cannot be tampered with, it will always win and reset if needed.

If you try to work against what your body naturally wants to be, you will suffer. You will become tired, more prone to illness, in fact anything that does not make you feel good physically. If your body needs more food and you are cutting it, you will know. If your body needs more fat and you are cutting it out, you will know. If you need more iron, more omega, more anything, then you will know.

If you don’t know, it’s because sometimes the symptoms are masked but over time, you will know.

You just don’t wake up in the morning with an aching body, there is a reason behind it.

Your skin doesn’t just become saggy, there is a reason behind it.

You don’t just put weight on, there is a reason behind it.

Then there are times where you feel physically amazing and there is a reason behind this.

LISTEN TO YOUR BODY

The first step is to find out what you natural genetic weight is.

This can take about 90 days but can change your life forever.

The body needs calories to run. It needs more calories for the automatic functions like breathing, heart beating etc. Regular exercise keeps the automatic functions working better.

Your body also needs more calories to protect you for free radicals also known as toxins, also known as poisons.

If you had a tiger loose in your house you have only 2 choices. Get him out of your house or get a strong cage for him to protect you and the ones that you love who live in the house. If you don’t do either of these then YOU WILL DIE.

This is what happens with the toxins in your body. If they are left to run free inside your body they will cause, eventually, fatal damage. The body puts these toxins in a cage in the form of fat. The fat envelopes the toxins so it is less damaging on the body.

Your body needs extra calories stored so your natural genetic body weight is more.

In an unhealthy body your natural genetic body weight might be 60kgs, but if you have lots of toxins in your body, then your natural genetic body weight might now be 70kgs.

This is why, as you get older, and have more toxin build up in you, that you become bigger.

If you have fewer toxins in your body, then there is no need for your body to hold onto the extra calories UNLESS you force the body to do so.

The way you force your body to hold onto the extra calories is if you consistently take in excess calories and do no exercise.

While you body is full of toxins, you are no longer in control of your weight. There is nothing you can do and you will continue to struggle.

If you get rid of the majority of your toxins, you will soon hit your natural genetic weight. You will know when you hit this as your weight will just be steady. It might go up a little one week, but then it will come down again. You might go down in weight but it will come back up again.

This is the perfect state to be in because you will find that even if you eat in excess for a few days, you weight might go up, but as soon as you get back to regular exercise and eating normally, your weight will just bounce back.
