I lost a stone in a month!!!

I LOST A STONE IN ONE MONTH!

Wouldn’t this be amazing?

We all struggle with weight and before you know it, you are 1 stone, 2 stones, 3 stones and maybe more overweight. Then you ask yourself how it happened.

You get out of breath going up stairs. Your clothes don’t fit anymore. You resort to wearing black all the time. You're looking older than your years.

You’ve tried joining clubs and fed up with paying money every week just to get weighed. You’ve tried dozens of diets. Red days, green days, daily points, the 5:2 diet, the soup diet, intermittent fasting, keto, paleo, high fat and so many more all of which worked for a while but then you put on even even more weight after.

You’ve been trying these magic weight loss tablets for ages, buying food replacement shakes, going organic, going vegan, drinking pre workout, post workout, during your workout and more but the only thing you are losing is your money.

You even a hired a personal trainer and paid the equivalent of a little mortgage, 2 sessions a week at £40 a session!!! Your PT put you on a broccoli and chicken diet and told you that you have to cut your calories to that of a 5 year old. You feel as if you are on a military training session when working out with your PT who tells you to “Dig deep” and “No pain, no gain”, all while all you can think of is a nice packet of chips. You get to your goal, but you don’t enjoy the journey so you then resort back to your old ways.

We have all been there, including me.

As I approach my later years, I’ve realised that I don’t want to restrict what I eat, because I like what I eat. Although I enjoy exercise, I don’t really want to spend hours in the gym, in fact, as I get older, my body can’t take it as much. With the cost of living, I stopped taking expensive supplements and stopped gym memberships too. I was able to do what I needed from home.

I’ve figured out, after nearly 30 years of experience, that all I need to do in terms of exercise is half an hour of specific cardio a day that does not involve impact (I want to preserve my joints). Anything extra is up to me.

I’ve figured out, after trying almost every eating plan on the planet that they all work and they all don’t. They all work in the short term but they don’t work because they are almost impossible to maintain (unless you are a really disciplined and happy to bring a tub of broccoli and rice to a party where everyone else is eating and drinking). They have ALL worked for me and my clients with 1000’s of before and after pictures. What you don’t see is the after the after pictures.

To be honest, I’ve kept my weight steady for many years using 3 basic principles. To eat fairly clean and healthy Monday to Friday. To exercise every day except on the weekend. To enjoy my weekends as I please. Eat whatever I want and rest my body.

It was the FREE WEEKEND that made it possible for me to carry one. Just knowing the fact that I can eat anything I want meant I didn’t really eat loads and load, except occasionally. Then after the weekend of excess, I was ready to get back on the program on Monday.

But as you get older, things get taken away from you EXCEPT WEIGHT. That creeps up on you and it crept up on me, especially around my waist and chest. I started getting out of breath even when exercising lightly. I felt sluggish. My skin started to look tired. My mind seemed foggy and I was forgetting things. Even my eyes started looking clouded. My body was in reverse.

I knew why my body was in reverse - the lightbulb just lit up!!!

When I was younger my youth had dealt with it. My body was slowing down and the reason was food. There was no problem with the exercise except that I couldn’t manage the amount I normally did.

I used all my knowledge and experience (don't ever take advice from somebody who had not personally experienced what they giving advice on) to cleanse, to detox, to reboot, to re energise, to heal my mind and body from within. All these years we look for answers outside of our bodies, when really we should be looking inside and see what is going on. The biggest poison to us is the food we eat and it is also the greatest medicine. We don’t have to goto extreme on either end of that scale because a little bit of bad is good for us too.

Not only have all my negative symptoms gone, but I have lost weight and feel so much more youthful. I still eat my favourite foods. I exercise less and with less intensity. I don’t buy any expensive supplements. Incredibly, food is not always on my mind and my appetite has suppressed naturally so I’m not always craving foods (although there are days when I really want to eat something sweet and so I have it).

Here are some testimonials of people who have been on my life changing, life rejuvenating program.

“Reflections from a reformed addict! After nearly 3 weeks on the plan I cannot believe the emerging outcomes!

Following almost 20 years of yoyo dieting and food addiction I can finally - for the first time ever - say I control my food and not vice versa! I feel amazing and super alert and genuinely believe that the methods involved in the plan will be my new lifestyle.  For this - what can only be described as enlightenment  - I salute The Boss for his leadership and extend gratitude to everyone on screen for holding me to account, all done in the most positive manner and made even better  because we now know food restriction is the actual enemy! Here's to getting fitter, healthier and younger!”

“I’m finding this programme very manageable. I aimed to do keto once before for 28 days and I didn’t last 2 weeks. Mentally I was miserable. But this way was different, it wasn’t as strict. Kirit explained that as long as we did most of it, we didn’t have to be so strict to try and do it all.

I had already started intermittent fasting back in Sept. So when this came I was apprehensive with the low carb part. But the clever way it is all put together makes it manageable, I don’t feel like I’m starving myself because the fasting windows are when I normally don’t eat anyway, with just a little extra times either end. And knowing I have the weekend to eat whatever, helps me stay motivated. I’m feeling less bloated for definite and I feel my skin is started to perk up. I know this is something I can continue”

“Good morning Kirit. Can't believe it's end of January and I’ve completed the detox month. I'm so pleased with how I've got on and feel better in myself ( mind n body).

I always dreaded the thought of fasting, but once you explained why and the benefits that I would see and feel, it became an easier process, especially the way you broke it down. I can actually say that I loved it.

My weight has gone done which I'm delighted with -  clothes feel less snug and I'm determined to carry on and do weekly weigh in.

I had stopped weighing myself and my weight crept up. The online weight tracker that you had built in makes it so simple and I love seeing it on a graph!!  I am definitely adopting these methods as a way of life”

“Since we stared 2nd Jan, I’ve lost 5kg, almost 11lbs. (And 2 notches on the belt I wear with my jeans). I’m going to carry on with the eating protocol and the regular exercise, and aiming to lose a stone. It sounded very scary at the beginning when you told us what we were going to do. But it wasn’t that bad, first week was hardest, but then you get into the routine.

Thank you so much for the motivation, It was so inspiring that not only did you give us the advice but you did the whole plan yourself too.

Absolutely over the moon with the outcome.”

“I could never have done this by myself. I had read loads of things on fasting and food groups, as well as different types of exercise. When the plan was explained, some of it went against what I had read, like the fact that we only had to do half hour of cardio a day. Or that when fasting, things like milk in my tea or coffee were really not that bad.

The exercise classes were fantastic because I could go at a level that pushed me. Seeing so many people on the screen was motivating as I felt part of a team and it held me to account, which I know that if I had to do myself, it would be easier to not do it.”

“Everybody should do this plan and if you are over 40 and not feeling great then 100% you must do it. You will not regret it.”

Some great feedback from real people who have done the plan. In fact, I could have filled page after page of similar words but hopefully you get an idea of the life changing results you will get.

Although this plan is designed for cellular renewal and to make you feel better, the weight loss is incredible, with your body removing so many toxins. Here are just a few results.

The tracker allows you to record your weekly weight and displays it visually for you.

Remember, as we get older things get taken from us... our health, our mobilty, our sight, our hearing, our friends.

It's time to reverse the things we can and that starts with your health. Without that, we are a burden and no help to anyone.
