NEVER MISS THESE DAYS FOR WEIGHT LOSS

TWO DAYS TO NEVER MISS

FOR BEST WEIGHT LOSS!

Are some day's better to work out than other?

Does it really make a difference?

ABSOLUTELY...

So, what are the best times/days to work out?

THESE TWO DAYS...

WHY?

For the majority of people, we work Monday to Friday and have weekends off.

This means that our excess's for food and drink are normally over these two days.

Often we start on Friday night, I know I do.

In come the high calorie foods and drinks. We have deserved it after the long hard week we have had.

Personally, I don't even exercise on weekends as I like to use the time to recover and to be honest, not even have to think about working out. If I feel like it then I will, but that's up to me.

We may start the weekend on Friday but we MUST NOT miss our Friday workout, even if it's only a half hour session.

Before you know it, the weekend is over, and it's Monday again.

We MUST NOT miss our Monday workout, as that's what set's the path for the week, even if it's only a half hour session.

BUT WHY ARE THESE TWO DAYS SO IMPORTANT?

It's all about balance. It's about research. It's all about MY PROOF.

YOU CANNOT WORK AGAINST BALANCE.

If you know you have an exam - YOU STUDY

If you know you have an interview - YOU PREPARE

If you know you are travelling abroad - YOU GET YOUR DOCUMENTS READY

If you don't then you won't pass, you won't get the job, you won't travel.

RESEARCH STATES THAT YOU NEED TO EXERCISE FAIRLY INTENSELY FOR AT LEAST HALF AN HOUR A DAY FOR FIVE DAYS

So, it's Friday and you know that you need to workout for 5 days a week, not 4. You know that the more calories you burn during the week, the more burnt calories you will have to take into your weekend of indulge. You know that if your workout is at 5.30pm then you will refrain from snacks during the day because you prepare your body to get a better workout. You know that it will be only half an hour and that after the workout you can enjoy the weekend BECAUSE YOU HAVE EARNED IT.

Instead, for whatever reason, you miss it. You start to snack earlier into the day. You know you are not going to exercise at 5.30, so it doesn't matter. You only have the calories burnt over the previous 4 days, to take into the weekend which now becomes a 3 day weekend.

Monday morning arrives and after a weekend of excess, you know that you need to start the re balance of calories. You know that you need to workout 5 days a week, not 4. You know that how the week begins will determine the rest of the week, just like how you start your day. You know that whatever excess you had, working out on Monday will make you feel better BECAUSE YOU'RE BALANCING IT OUT.

Instead, for whatever reason, you miss it. You start to snack earlier because after the weekend, it won't matter. You know you are not going to exercise at 5.30pm, so it won't matter. You will only have 4 more days to workout because you have extended to a 3 day weekend.

If you follow some very basic rules, missing Monday and Friday will NEVER happen.

1. KNOW HOW IMPORTANT IT IS - WHICH YOU DO NOW

2. ON MONDAY, DO YOUR SESSION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE - DO OUR 6.30AM WAKE UP WORKOUT

This way the workout is done early, out of the way and not on your mind and then you are on your way to your 5 sessions for the week.

3. ON FRIDAY, DO YOUR SESSION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. DO OUR 6.30AM WAKE UP WORKOUT

This way, it's done early and out of the way. If you want to really maximise results then try and still do the 5.30pm half hour fat blast workout too.

4. KEEP A CHART AND TICK OFF EVERY DAY - YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS THAT TICK

5. THINK OF EVERY DAY AS A WAY TO INCREASE YOUR BURNT CALORIES BALANCE - THE MORE YOU HAVE THE MORE YOU CAN SPEND

6. IF YOU DO MISS A FRIDAY OR MONDAY - DON'T WORRY, JUST GET BACK ON IT THE NEXT DAY

At the time of writing this, it's Sunday afternoon. Just had a nice fry up and way too much to eat yesterday. What I would call an excellent weekend. I deserve it, I earned lots of burnt calories during the week and so toally happy to eat and drink them. It's all about BALANCE.

AND TOMORROW (MONDAY) - I"LL BE UP AT THE 6.30AM WORKOUT WITH ALL THE OTHER MORNING WORKOUT TEAM (AND THERE ARE SO MANY) - JOIN ME...
